TEMPO.CO, Bandung - An explosion occurred early this morning at 08:30 Indonesia Western Time (WIB), which is believed to come from a suicide bombing, at a police station in Bandung, West Java. The police sector in question is the Astana Anyar Police in Bandung City.

Initial reports suggest police personnel were injured in the incident while a possible suspect has yet to be confirmed. Tempo is currently confirming the incident to law enforcement.

Based on amateur cellphone videos spread on social platforms, police personnel is seen conducting an initial investigation and securing the possible bombing site.
