TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan has issued a gubernatorial decree concerning mobility restriction (PPKM) level 2. Stated in the decree is a new regulation that is valid until January 31, in which the capacity of on-site learning, known as Face-to-Face Learning (PTM), remains at 100%.

According to the decree, Anies then explained limited PTM and remote learning was decided following the joint ministerial decree, which the latter regulates during PPKM level 1 and 2, 100% capacity learning can be done within 6 hours daily.

As for the requirement to Face-to-Face Learning, at least 80% of teachers and 50% of elderlies must receive the second dose. In addition, the gubernatorial decree also regulates other community activities. However, the contents of Gubernatorial Decree 59 of 2022 are the same as those of Gubernatorial Decree 47 of 2022 concerning PPKM level 2. For example, workers in non-essential sector offices are a maximum of 50 percent. For essential sectors 50-75 percent and critical sectors 100 percent capacity.

Meanwhile, supermarkets and traditional markets can operate until 21:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time) with a maximum of 75% capacity. Restaurants are also allowed to operate until the same hour yet only 50% capacity. The same rules also applied to malls and shopping districts.

Furthermore, Movies and religious sites are permitted to have 70% and 75% maximum capacity at most. However, public spaces such as parks and public spots are limited to 25%. Additionally, the government permits marriage reception with 50% capacity as well as for art, cultural and sports-related events.
