TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) on Thursday warned that rainstorms will still potentially take place in a large number of Indonesian regions with an average temperature between 19-23 degrees celsius.
The agency announced that overcast weather will likely only happen over Banda Aceh and Medan, but other regions will see more of a wet season.
Regions where heavy rainfall is expected include Riau, Bengkulu, South Sumatra, Bangka Belitung Islands, Lampung, Banten, West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, NTB, NTT, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan.
Gorontalo, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, North Maluku, Maluku, West Papua and Papua.
