BMKG Weather Forecast: Storm Over 2 Jakarta Areas

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) in Wednesday’s weather forecast predicts potential heavy storm over two areas in the capital city of Jakarta in the afternoon.

In its official website, the BMKG stated that the areas potentially affected are South Jakarta and East Jakarta.

Meanwhile, other areas in the city that will likely be lightly showered by rain is West Jakarta whereas North and Central Jakarta along with Kepulauan Seribu or Thousand Islands will be partly cloudy.

Five Jakarta areas except West Jakarta will likely see cloudy skies throughout the evening with temperatures ranging across 24-33 degrees celsius with humidity levels around 65-90 percent.
