TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Central Jakarta District Court will be closed for the next 10 days. This was decided following massive rapid testing, which showed 61 employees' blood samples reacted positively to the virus.

"Based on the [test] results, the Central Jakarta District Court head issued a notice to the Jakarta High Court, notifying the closure," Central Jakarta Court PR officer Bambang Nurcahyono said on Jakarta, Wednesday, October 7.

Initially, the court complex would be closed starting today until October 9. But later it is extended until Friday, the 16th.

All employees whose rapid test results were reactive immediately took swab tests to confirm whether they have the virus or not. Bambang said the results will be out in two to three days.

During the closure, the Central Jakarta District Court will be sterilized and sprayed with disinfectant.
