Jakarta Administration Secretary Passes Away due to COVID-19

TEMPO.CO Jakarta The secretary of Jakarta administration Saefullah passed away at the Gatot Subroto Army Hospital on Wednesday, September 16. He had succumbed to COVID-19 infection.
Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan announced the sad news at noon, “Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi roojiun, our brother, our close friend, a great personality who had always worked with us… has passed away at 12:55 at the Gatot Subroto general hospital,” the governor wrote.
Anies Baswedan asked members of the public to pray for Saefullah , who was initially admitted to the hospital on Saturday, September 12. He showed no symptoms of COVID-19.
