TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Bogor Regent Ade Yasin on Sunday said there had been 47 additional tourists in his region that gave back reactive results during the second day of the ‘rapid test operation’ held in the popular tourist site Puncak, Bogor.

“445 were tested with 47 reactive results while 398 were declared non-reactive,” said Ade Yasin on Sunday, June 21.

Those tested and resulted in reactive results were subjected to a more thorough swab test conducted by the West Java COVID-19 task force. However, seven of the tourists that were reactive had yet undergone swab tests due to the lack of testing equipment supplies and is scheduled to undergo tests today.

The West Java COVID-19 task force subdivision coordinator Dedi Taufik says that there are a total of 87 tourists with rapid testing reactive results from the two-day operation. The tests were held in strategic locations in the Puncak tourism area.

During the first day of testing, 32 out of 1,106 tourists had shown reactive results. The first day series of tests were held in four major tourist sites while the second day of operation was only held in the Megamendung Matahari Tourist Park.
