TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Vinsensius Sunardi (28) recalled his experience to become the first owner of the iPhone 11 which will start to be sold in Indonesia on Friday, December 6.

"I arrived here at 4 a.m. and left the house at 3:30 a.m.," said Vinsensius in front of the line at Central Park’s iBox.

The iPhone 11 in Indonesia is distributed by Erajaya Group subsidiary, Teletama Artha Mandiri (TAM), and they assure its availability in every iBox, Erafone, and the Urban Republic outlet. It will also be sold in Apple retail partners such as Story-i and mE Gallery across Indonesia.

"To stand here I asked people yesterday; asked where to go, they said it was through the loading B area and an employee-only access door. But I just gambled and arrived here through those special routes," said Vinsensius Sunardi who is an entrepreneur from Pluit, North Jakarta.

Asked how he felt in becoming the first owner of the iPhone 11, Vinsen said; "Of course I’m happy from all the effort to be the first. I thought I would not be able to get it at 4 a.m."

The iPhone 11 in the Indonesian market is sold at Rp12,999 million (64GB), Rp14,199 million (128 GB), and Rp16,199 million (256 GB). The iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max are also available.
