TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State-run toll road operator Jasa Marga launched the travel application Travoy to provide homecomers with convenience and smooth Eid homecoming trips via the Trans Java toll road. The online platform is equipped with a number of service planning features up to food ordering services.
Jasa Marga director of human capital and transformation, Alex Denni, said Travoy will guide and provide information frequently asked by road users, such as toll fares, routes, and locations of rest areas.
Not only for toll roads owned by Jasa Marga, Travoy also covers toll roads managed by Astra Infra, Waskita Toll Road, and Hutama Karya.
“This is still a soft launching, we will further develop its features. At least, the current features can answer 26,000 frequently-asked questions,” Alex explained in Jakarta, Monday, May 27.

Travoy is now available for Android smartphones and will be later ready for iOS.
In general, toll road users can plan their Eid homecoming travels through the application and check the total amount of toll fares required until the destination. Travoy provides live chat interaction services and live update, displaying the latest conditions of toll roads.
Moreover, users can search for the nearest rest area and check the availability of parking slots, as well as order foods in certain stalls via the application. “When they arrive at the rest area, they can directly take the food and go. Hopefully, this application will make Eid homecoming trip more fun,” he said.
