In front of audience members comprising of university students, Minister Susi recalled the reason she intentionally documented the capsizing of captured illegal fishing boats with intimidating visuals.

“I often get asked by Millenials, ‘Bu Susi why are the footage of sunken illegal fishing boats intimidating?’ I answer that it was done on purpose so illegal fishers would be alarmed,” he said.
