TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – The government has said it will maintain its capital injection (PMN) into state-run enterprises in its 2016 budget.
Finance Minister Bambang Brodjonegoro said when presenting the indicative ceiling of the 2016 state budget plan (RAPBN) that the government would prioritize three sectors in earmarking PMN. “We prioritize allotment for state enterprises in the food, maritime and infrastructure sectors,” he said.
Bambang also said that the funds for the government’s one-million houses program and the housing loan liquidity facility (FLPP) would still be allotted next year.
He added the government would also step up its spending quality by applying performance-based budgeting indicators to ministries and state institutions.
