Antam Gold Prices Slump After Presidential Election

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A day after the Presidential Election, gold prices in the Processing and Sales Business Unit (UBPP) of PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) slump. Today, Antam's gold prices are down by Rp1,000 to becoming Rp541,000 per grams.
Quoted from the official website of logammulia.com this morning, Antam’s gold prices are sold at the range of Rp486,000-541,000. The highest price is for the size of a one-gram gold and the lowest price is for the 250-gram size.
Antam's gold price in Jakarta is recorded to be lower than the other four major cities. Equally, Antam’s gold prices in Surabaya, Makassar, Bandung and Palembang have reached Rp558,000 per gram.
The slumping of gold prices is followed by the decrease in the selling price. For today's transactions, people selling their gold will be given a price of Rp486,000 per gram or down by Rp1,000 per yesterday’s trade.
Today UBPP PT Antam provides all sizes of gold. As usual, purchase transaction of gold can be done directly at PT Antam's office in Pulogadung, East Jakarta, or Antam Building, Jakarta. Purchase transactions will be limited to only 50 queuing numbers.
