TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Joko "Jokowi" Widodo-Jusuf "JK" Kalla ticket managed to gain more supports than Prabowo Subianto-Hatta Rajasa, according to a remote survey conducted by Soegeng Sarjadi School of Government (SSSG) on May 26 to June 4, 2014.
"For the time being, most of the supports go to Jokowi-JK. But it is still a subject of change," SSG director Fadjroel Rachman said on Thursday, June 5, 2014, during the announcement of the survey results at the Four Seasons Hotel in Jakarta.
The survey results revealed that 42.65 percent of respondents prefers Jokowi-JK, while the other 28.35 percent supported Prabowo-Hatta. The other 29 percent were abstain.
The Prabowo-Hatta pair only won in one of the characteristics in the survey, which is assertiveness. Fadjroel revealed that 54 percent of respondents said that Prabowo-Hatta is the most assertive pair.
Most of the respondents believe that Jokowi and JK were honest, free from corruption and has a good vision for the country. According to Fadjroel, Jokowi and JK were favored for their modesty.
