TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesian contingent is confirming the trophy for mixed-double category at the Singapore Open Superseries. Today's final match is presenting both Indonesian mixed-doubles, Tontowi Ahmad/Lilyana Natsir against Riky Widianto/ Richi Dili.

Mixed-double top seeds and All-England champion Tontowi/ Liliyana stayed on course to defend their title by beating unseeded Chinese duo, Liu Cheng and Bao Yixin 17-21, 21-11, 21-19.  Later on, the younger double came from behind to set up the all-Indonesian final after defeating third seeded, Ko Sung Hyun/Kim Ha Na of South Korea 20-22, 21-17, and 21-16.

Preparing for the battle against the best Indonesian double, Richi said they have no fear.

"We meet often during the training session. It will help for tomorrow's match,"  Richi said yesterday, as quoted by Badmintonindonesia.org.

On the other side of the court, Indonesian men’s single representative Simon Santoso has cleared his semifinal hurdle to meet the world’s best shuttler Lee Chong Wei at the final today. Simon successfully defeated China’s Du Pengyu at semifinal match while Lee Chong Wei beat unseeded Indian K. Srikanth to book his final ticket.
