TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A former Indonesian musician, now Muslim cleric, Hari Moekti, passed away in Dustira Hospital, Cimahi, West Java, on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at around 20:49 local times.
“He died due to stroke,” said Moekti Chandra, younger brother to Hari Moekti, in a phone call with Tempo, on late Sunday.
The deceased was in the funeral home at Pemda Padasuka housing complex Block H 7980, Cimahi before buried on Monday, June 25, 2018.
Hari Moekti’s initial name was Hariadi Wibowo. During his career as musician, Hari Moekti had released seven albums. Several popular songs namely Lintas Melawai, Ada Kamu, Aku Suka Kamu Suka, and Hanya Satu Kata, among others.
