TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The head of National Monument (Monas) Technical Management Unit (UPT), Munjirin, said there would be no special preparation to welcome the 212 Grand Reunion tomorrow. According to him, the UPT routine activities would run as usual.

“There will only extra cleaning team; those who supposed off from work have to come to work,” said Munjirin, Friday, November 30.

Regarding Monas tour operation, Munjirin said that it will depend on the situation and condition of the mass. However, the UPT still planned to open the tours for Monas Peak, Museum and the Proclamation Room after the reunion is finished.

“If it's finished at 12 p.m., we'll open at 1 p.m.,” he said.

The 212 Grand Reunion is planned to be held at Monas Square, Central Jakarta. Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan has given the permit. The chairman of 212 Alumni Brotherhood or PA 212, Slamet Maarif, said that the agenda of the reunion include sermon from Rizieq Shihab, the Dhikr reciting, and commemorating the Mawlid of Prophet Muhammad.
