TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) asks for the collaboration between the state-owned enterprises and private firms to be increased following the development of the new Depok-Antasari toll road.

"I think the construction of toll road in this country can be accelerated if cooperation between the private firms and SOEs is continuously carried out,” Jokowi said during the Depok-Antasari toll inauguration on Thursday, Sept. 27.

The president explained the Depok-Antasari toll construction was managed by three companies joined in Citra Waspphutowa. The firms are Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada, Waskita Karya, and Pembangunan Perumahan.

Jokowi has inaugurated the toll’s first session. In December, the second session of 6.3 kilometers Brigif-Sawangan toll will complete. And the third session along the 9.5 km of Sawangan until Bojong Gede will finish in 2021.

The president asks all the toll road projects to soon be completed. "If that is possible, it can be finished by 2019,” Jokowi said.
