TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The investigation team of Novel Baswedan case from the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) has done several things.


“The teamwork has been completed 75 percent,” said the team chief Sandrayati Moniaga at Komnas HAM Building, Jakarta, on Wednesday, May 23.


To complete the rest, Komnas HAM extended the working period of the team, which has been working since February 2018, until August 19, 2018. The time extension is also to deepen and ensure the accuracy of information and efforts to complete the facts.





1. Inquire the testimony of the victim and legal counsel.


2. Examine the witnesses.


3. Examine the location of the incident.


4. Meet KPK leaders and Team, and Jakarta Police Investigation Team.


Besides Sandrayati, the investigation team of the Novel Baswedan case consists of Komnas HAM Chairman Taufan Damanik, Research and Research Commissioner Choirul Anam, Father Magnis Suseno from the figures, lawyer Bivitri Susanti, social and religious activist Alissa Wahid and Professor Abdul Munir Mulkhan.
