Indonesian Embassy in Morocco Held Indonesian Food Festival

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian Embassy in Rabat, Morocco, is holding an Indonesian Food Festival throughout May 2016. The festival is held in cooperation with Restoran Naga, a local restaurant in Morocco that serves Asian food.
Ramy Karim, the Embassy's Political, Information, Social, and Cultural Attache said on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, that Restoran Naga is one of the most popular Asian-food restaurants in Morocco.
The festival’s opening event was enlivened with artists performing Indonesian dances, including the mask dance, the bujuh dance, and the legong dance.
In his opening speech, Syarief Syamsuri, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Morocco Accredited to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania said that the festival is held to promote Indonesia to the Moroccan people.
