Pertamina Waits Approval of Plan of Development for Masela Block

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Pertamina CEO, Dwi Soetjipto, said that the he awaits the government to approve the Plan of Development for Masela Block, before proceeding with the Plan of Development. Dwi said that he will follow President Joko Widodo's instruction on the construction scheme of Liquid Gas (LNG), offshore and onshore.


However, he plans to target participative shares of 10 to 20 for the Regional Owned Corporates, in relation to Energy Ministry Law No. 15/2015 on Oil and Gas Areal Management.


President Corporate Services of Inpex Corporation, Nico Muhyiddin mengatakan, said that the questions surrounding Masela block will soon be resolved. However, he did not mentioned the details on LNG rig construction in Masela.


"Good news is coming," he teased.
