Jakarta to be Connected with 4G Network Soon

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Ministry of Communication and Informatics promised to connect Jakarta with 4G.
Rudiantara, Communication and Informatics Minister, admitted that his side needs Jakarta Provincial Government's assist to realize the plan.
"The installation should done in November if we have no problem," he said after met with Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama (Ahok), Tuesday (10/13).
The minister added that the installation will meet problem such as permit from the building owner.
"Our side needs assist to access the high building. In fact, this can increase Jakarta's positioning as Smart City," he added.
Meanwhile, Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, admitted that he is ready to assist the plan. He will send letter to the building owner related to the 4G connection installation.
"There are still buildings refusing installing the connection," he admitted.
If the building still refuses, Basuki continued, Jakarta Provincial Government will not issue Layang Fungsi (SF) certificate.
"This is a part of public facility, so the building owner must obey our program," he disclosed.
