E. Jakarta Residents Asked to Support Flood-Handling Program

TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - East Jakarta Mayor Bambang Musyawardhana had asked the residents of East Jakarta to support flood-handling program that keep being worked by the government.
The mayor is attempting to keep improving city especially in handling flood by doing the normalization work and dredging work.
“I ask all elements to synergize for better East Jakarta,” he said, Monday (8/31).
Musyawardhana asked residents support and awareness to maintain the environment keep clean, concerning cleaning yet controlling program had been carried out and still in progress for several locations.
“We cannot rely on Infrastructure and Publing Handle (PPSU) officer, but all elements participation needed to create clean yet convenience environment," he finished.
