TEMPO.CO, Jember - National Police chief Gen. Badrodin Haiti condemned sweeping raids conducted by mass organizations nearing and during the fasting month of Ramadan. Badrodin announced that he would take firm actions against such a sweeping raid.
“No mass organization should be allowed to conduct sweeping raids. If they do, we will take firm actions,” Badrodin said in Jember on Saturday, June 13, 2015.
In response to a question regarding Islam Defenders Front’s (FPI) plan to conduct sweeping raids, Badrodin asserted that mass organizations have no authority to conduct such an action.
Earlier, the FPI announced that it will conduct sweeping raids against immoral acts nearing the Ramadan.
