TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Deputy chief of Commission VII of the House of the Representatives (DPR), Satya Yudha, was surprised when hearing that PT Pertamina launches Ron 90 Pertalite fuel this week. He said that the House has ordered Pertamina to halt the launching, in a meeting held on April 22.
“Pertamina has not asked for permission to launch Pertalite this week,” Satya said. Satya assumed that Pertamina would obey the meeting’s result, which means that Pertamina would first ensure its infrastructure on fuel station.
“Do not let Premium fuel tank serves as Pertalite fuel tank,” he said. Satya believed that it would affect premium fuel users.
He added that the House will investigate the motive behind Pertalite’s launching. “We sense a motive to eradicate Premium,” he said.
