TEMPO.CO , London - Arsenal managed to bounce back from a devastating 3-1 defeat against AS Monaco in a Champions League match with a 2-0 victory against Everton. The victory also brought the Gunner to the third position in the English Premiere League standing.
Frenchman Olivier Giroud scored the Gunners' first goal 39 minutes into the game. Veteran midfielder Thomas Rosicki doubled the club's lead late in the second half.
The victory added three points to Arsenal's tally with a total of 51 points from 27 matches. The North Londoners also kicked out Manchester United from the third place with a one-point gap.
