BKPM, Lemsaneg Sign MoU on Data Security

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – The Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) is collaborating with the National Crypto Agency (Lemsaneg), in ensuring the security of data submitted by investors, following the launch of BKPM's one-stop services (OSS).

BKPM chief Sibarani Franky said the cooperation is intended at providing investors with a licensing service that is fast, simple, transparent, and integrated. One service that will be provided is the online monitoring system, which will allow investors to monitor the progress of licensing and compare it with the deadline set in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

The simplification is expected to encourage the government in achieving this year's investment target of Rp519.5 trillion. On Monday, Franky and Lemsaneg chief Djoko Setiadi signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU).
