Atletico to Meet Madrid in Round 16

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Atletico Madrid was held in draw by L’Hospitalitet in the second leg of Copa Del Rey big 32 round in Vincente Calderon, on Friday. But the result is enough to boost Diego Simeone’s squad into the big 16 to meet rival neighbor Real Madrid on January, 2015.


Atletico’s two goals were scored by Mario Mandzukic (19 and 74 minute) while goals for the visitors were attributed to Ruben Alcaraz (67 and 84). Los Rojiblancos are set to face Real Madrid on January, 7 and 14.


The last year's Champions League finalists will be reliving the most-awaited clash right after Spain’s winter break.
