Sony Sells Property in Tokyo to Sumitomo

TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - Sony Corporation has agreed to sell some buildings in Tokyo to Sumitomo Realty and Development, a Japanese real estate company, as reported by StockMarketWire.com .
They are the NS Building and Building 4 and premises (1-12, Kitashinagawa 5 cho-me, Shinagawa-ku,) at the Gotenyama Technology Centre.
Sony expects to realise a gain on the sale, to be recorded as operating income, in the first quarter of the financial year ending March 31 2015, when the sale closes.
