TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Court Judge Kemal Tampubolon sentenced Hercules Rozario Marshall four month imprisonment, including his already-served jail time.
The verdict was relatively softer than the prosecutor's, reasoning that the convict has shown decent behavior during court and that the convict has a family to support.
The judge called Hercules for violating article 214 jo 211 penal code on conducting violent behavior that forces authorities to do or not to do an action that his or her position requires.
The verdict left Hercules to spend jail time to only July 8, since he was put behind bars since March 8. In the court, Hercules managed to abide extortion and firearm accusations.
