However, unlike the majority of people that celebrated Jokowi's birthday, Deputy Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama did not send any gift, saying that Jokowi would not like to accept it.
Jokowi was born 52 years ago. He went to Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta to study the forestry major. Jokowi then began his political career in Solo before becoming to Jakarta's number one person.
