TEMPO.CO, Jakarta-Avian Tumengkol, spokesperson for the graft convict Comr. Gen. (ret) Susno Duadji, stated that he did not know about Susno’s whereabouts. He also said that Susno’s family and attorneys have not received any news about his location.


“The last news we got was on Friday,” Avian said through BlackBerry Messenger, Sunday, April 28.


He said that acording to information he gathered from a reliable source, Susno is located in his electoral district in Bandung. However, Avian doubts the validity of the information.


“After Friday, I did not get any more news,” he said.


He stated that he did not now whether the Hizbullah Army, an organization supporting the Crescent Star Party (PBB), was guarding Susno or not.


Susno, who was sentenced for 3 years and 6 months, became the fugitive of the Attorney General’s office after refusing to serve his sentence.
