TEMPO.CO, Tangerang - Soekarno-Hatta Airport's parking management PT Angkasa Pura Solusi, or APS, is presently looking into a misparking case that resulted to pricey parking fees that recently went viral on the internet.
“Whenever there is a case, we use it as a feedback for evaluation,” said APS operations and commercial director Yundriati Erdani on Monday, September 10, at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Tangerang.
Yundriati said in light of a misparking case involving an airport customer named Reza Irdinansyah, the APS was evaluating its signposts, warning signs and overnight rates.

“As for the signposts to our overnight facilities, we will evaluate them as to whether we should enlarge them or not,” he said. Yundriati said his company had also diversified its warning signs in the form of stickers and permanent banners.
The stickers say the overnight rate for the first four hours is Rp30,000 and Rp6,000 per hour afterwards.
APS managing director Maulidin Wahid Honre assured that misparking was a rare case at the airport. “It is a rare case. This case is the only one found in the past two months,” he said.
Earlier, an airport customer named Reza Irdinansyah misparked his vehicle at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, resulting in his paying Rp1.3 million in parking tariff. The case immediately went viral on social media.
