BCA 61st Anniversary Offer Special Interest Rate for Housing Loan

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - According to its website, BCA is currently offering a 5.61 percent interest rate for its mortgage loans (KPR), which is the lowest in 2018, to commemorate the 61st anniversary of BCA.

The fix and cap special interest rate program will be effective for the first two years, followed by a 6.61 percent rate for the next three years. Customers can enter this program by providing funds accumulating to 5-times of the mortgage’s initial payment and a 5-year minimum mortgage tenor.

This program is available throughout Indonesia in a limited space of time starting from February 9 up to March 29. Customers interested in this offer can visit BCA branch offices or call for further details to Halo BCA 1500888 or mention them through Twitter at @HaloBCA.

BCA Finance Director Petrus Karim revealed that they succeeded to reach Rp1.7 trillion transaction value during the BCA Expoversary held at ICE BSD in South Tangerang on February 9-11.

“The transaction for vehicle loans reached Rp700 billion, meanwhile, house loans was Rp1 trillion,” said Petrus in the event’s closing ceremony on February 11.

The BCA event attracted 400 debtors, which was an improvement from the previous year that could only manage to attract 100 debtors. According to Petrus, this improvement was because of the participation of 6 housing developers.
