Police Hunt Down Jennifer Dunn`s Drug Dealer

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Police are still hunting down a drug dealer with initial K, who supplied ecstasy to actress Jennifer Dunn. The 28-year-old woman on Sunday, January 31, was arrested at her residence for possessing methamphetamine, in South Jakarta.

“The police are pursuing K. We will arrest him immediately,” Jakarta Metro Police’s drug unit head Adj. Comr. Jean Calvin Simanjuntak told Tempo, on Thursday, January 4.

Police, Jean went on, are still questioning the suspect. In addition, they had required Jennifer to undergo hair and urine tests at the National Police’s Forensic Laboratory. The result is still unknown. Jennifer has been arrested three times for similar cases.

“This is the third time for sure. But to find out how long JD has been using drugs, we need to wait for the test results,” he said.

Jennifer was caught possessing 0.6 gram of methamphetamine. The drug was sent by another suspect, FS, who got the drug from K. 

Presently, FS is hospitalized for a broken leg when he attempted to escape. Police have not decided any rehabilitation plan for JD.

“For now, there is not rehabilitation,” Jakarta Metro Police spokesperson Sr. Comr. Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono, at his office on Wednesday.

Jennifer Dunn first dealt with police was she was 16. In 2005, she was arrested for the possession of Marijuana. Jennifer went back to jail in 2009 for being caught with methamphetamine and 7 ecstasy pills at her boarding house in South Jakarta.
