TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - There are several alternative ways to enjoy spaghetti. The main way to cook the renowned Italian dish is by boiling the spaghetti and presenting it with its traditional sauce that consists of tomatoes, onions, garlic, and herbs.
How about spicing things up by eating the spaghettis crunchy? The following is a recipe for you to make your own fried spaghetti cake at home.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of boiled spaghetti
- 1 Evenly sliced leek
- 250 gram of flour
- 150 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
Ground spices:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 red onions
- 3 candlenuts
Preparation:
- Mix and stir all of the ingredients excluding the cooking oil
- Add the ground spices, stir it well until the ingredients is perfectly mixed
- Place one tablespoon of the spaghetti mixture into the preheated cooking oil for one portion of the spaghetti cake, fry it until it gets golden brown. Repeat the process and serve while it's warm.
