Febri said Nicke as the witness would be asked for an explanation about her knowledge on PLTU Riau project regarding her position as a former PLN Director of Strategic Procurement 1.

Febri also said the investigators need to confirm further about Nicke’s knowledge regarding the cooperation planning scheme.

In the PLTU Riau-I case, KPK has named three suspects; Idrus Marham, the former Deputy Chairman of the House’s Energy Commission Eni Maulani Saragih and the former shareholder of Blackgold Natural Resources Limited Johannes Budisutrisno Kotjo.
