TEMPO.CO, Valencia - Valentino Rossi received a standing ovation following his remarkable stunt in Valencia, despite the fact that it was Jorge Lorenzo who won the overall year. Upon arriving in paddock, the Italian were greeted by a line of men and women, all praising the former World Champion.
Lorenzo, however, did not receive as much support as Rossi. He did have a unique celebration of posing with four figures of himself after winning the race.
Rossi's massive supporter is a result of a movement to defend the Doctor, who was suspended to start from the back row after an incident in Sepang circuit. Although starting in the back row, Rossi managed to impress the world by finishing at fourth.
