The cooperation is expected to help Bogor meets its target to provide electricity to all of its residents by 2018.
The cooperation between PT PPE and Runh Power Corp. is expected to require an investment of some Rp1.4 trillion. Both companies are planning to build a 40MW garbage power plant.
PT PPE director Rajab Tampubolon hopes that the construction can start by early next year.
