According to World Data, Mount K2 is included in the Karakoram mountain range located in Pakistan, China. It is nicknamed "Mount Savage" because climbers often die.

Mount Manaslu, which has a height of 8,163 meters above sea level, is in eighth position. The name "Manaslu" is taken from the Sanskrit word "Manasa" which means "soul" or "intelligence". On May 9, 1956, Japanese climbers, Toshio Imanishi and Gyalzen Norbu became the first climbers to reach the summit of Mount Manaslu.
