BMKG Forecasts Partly Cloudy Day in Jakarta

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecast a partly cloudy day in Jakarta on Monday, May 27, 2024.
BMKG, as quoted by Antara, stated that Central Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Seribu Islands, have no potential for rain.
On Monday morning, nearly all of Jakarta will be partly cloudy, with an average estimated temperature of 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. The partly cloudy skies will last until midday, with the air temperature rising to 29 to 33 degrees Celsius.
Four regions in Jakarta, namely South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, East Jakarta, and West Jakarta are forecasted to be cloudy with air temperatures of 29 to 30 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, North Jakarta and the Seribu Islands will stay partly cloudy.
In the early hours of Tuesday, Jakarta will be greeted by cloudy skies with average air temperatures ranging from 24 to 28 degrees Celsius.
BMKG reports wind speeds of around 10 kilometers per hour in South and East Jakarta, while West, North, and Central Jakarta are around 20 kilometers per hour. For Seribu Islands, the wind speed reaches 30 kilometers per hour. The air humidity level today ranges from 60 to 90 percent.
