AirAsia Offers Free Seats, Cheap Flights to International Destinations

TEMPO.CO, JakartaLow-cost airline AirAsia Indonesia has launched a campaign offering free seats and cheap flights to international destinations. The promotional tickets are available to purchase from February 19 to 25, 2024. 

“Free seats and cheap flights for all international routes carried out simultaneously by all AirAsia Group airlines,” President Director of Indonesia AirAsia, Veranita Yosephine Sinaga, said in a written statement on February 19.

She explained that this promo is a form of commitment to support the revival of Indonesia’s tourism which is in line with the target set by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to boost foreign tourist visits to the archipelago in 2024.

Free seats and cheap flights on AirAsia international routes can be booked from 19 - 25 February 2024 with a flight period of September 1, 2024, to June 18, 2025, departing from Jakarta, Bali, Medan, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Pekanbaru, Padang, and Kertajati to destinations such as Perth, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok, and many other interesting destinations.

AirAsia also offered a 20-percent off extra carry-on baggage, allowing passengers to bring two cabin baggage on board the plane with a total weight of 14 kg.
