This year’s festival will have six segments, namely Gemilang Silang Monas, Jakarnaval, HI Roundabout Main Stage, Kirana Jakarta, Jalan MH Thamrin Stage, and Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Stage.
Additionally, there will be eleven stages installed along Jalan Sudirman-Thamrin, namely the Gemilang Silang Monas Stage, the Jakarnaval Stage at the Southwest Gate of Monas, the Jakarnaval Stage in front of Bank Indonesia, the Sarinah Stage, the Main Stage at the HI Roundabout, the BUMD Synergy Stage at the UOB Dean Stage, ORIX Stage, Mid Plaza Stage, Mori Tower Stage, Gate 7 Senayan Stage, and the FX Stage.
Ani Ruspitawati, the head of the Jakarta Health Agency, said health service posts and 16 ambulances, including doctors and nurses, will be available near the stages. “We will provide health services if needed,” Ani said in Jakarta on Tuesday, Dec. 26, as quoted from Antara.
She mentioned that some 81-88 ambulance personnel will be on standby at the posts. The city administration has also prepared 15 Quick Reaction Unit (URC) motorbikes, Jak Speed bikes, and two scooters.
Furthermore, several hospitals have also been prepared for referral patients in case of emergency. These include Gatot Subroto Central Army Hospital (RSPAD), Cipto Mangunkusumo Central General Hospital (RSCM), Tarakan Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Pelni Hospital, Mintoharjo Naval Hospital (RSAL), Tanah Abang Regional Hospital, and Kebayoran Baru Regional Hospital.
Ani appealed to the public to maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle and health protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 cases, which are now spreading again. People willing to engage in outdoor activities are urged to ensure their good health and suggested to wear masks. “People are advised to complete the COVID-19 vaccine up to the fourth dose.”
Visitors seeking health services during Malam Muda Mudi on December 31 can look for tents and health workers with red balloons.
