6 July 2023 11:51 WIB

TEMPO.CO, JakartaLow-cost carrier Lion Air is set to hold the Umrah Travel Fair 2023 on July 19 - 23, 2023, at Mosaic Walk Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta, offering various deals for Umrah pilgrimage, cashback, and door prizes.

“To welcome Saudi’s summer [tourism campaign Rethink Summer], Lion Air is providing special cashback of up to Rp600,000 to the first 10,000 Umrah package buyers,” said the airline’s Corporate Communications Strategic Danang Mandala Prihantoro in a written statement, Thursday, July 6, 2023.

The offer, Danang added, presents an opportunity for the public to perform the Umrah pilgrimage and travel at more affordable prices. Lion Air cooperates with various tour and travel agency partners in the program.

“We ensure that the Umrah travel packages offered are of guaranteed quality and safety. People can be calm and assured in carrying out their pilgrimage,” he said.

The airline also offers Umrah travel to Jeddah and Medina from 10 Indonesian cities, viz. Jakarta/Tangerang, Surabaya, Makassar, Medan, Bandung, Padang, Aceh, Batam, Riau, and Balikpapan.

Lion Air will mobilize modern aircraft sent directly from the factory, such as the Boeing 737, Airbus 330-300CEO, and Airbus 330-900NEO. “Passenger safety and convenience is a top priority for Lion Air in carrying out flight services,” Danang concluded.
