More Than 70,000 State Officials Yet to Submit Wealth Report: KPK

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has issued an ultimatum aimed at state officials subject to mandatory reporting to submit their 2022 wealth and assets report through the electronic wealth reporting (LHKPN) system. The deadline to submit the report is on March 31, 2023.
KPK spokesperson Ipi Maryati Kuding said that there are still 70,350 officials subject to mandatory reporting, who have yet to submit their wealth and asset report.
"There are 302,433 [officials] from a total of 372,783 or roughly 81 percent who have filed their reports," Ipi stated in a written statement on Friday, March 17, 2023.
Ipi highlighted that officials of the judicial institution are the most compliant with 18,095 out of the 18,648 officials already submitted their wealth and assets report, followed by officials of the executive institutions with 243,307 out of 291,360 officials already submitted their wealth report.
Meanwhile, officials of the legislative branch of the government us recorded as the least compliant with only 10,348 out of 20,078 officials already submitting their wealth and assets report.
