TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Head of Jakarta GP Ansor Muhammad Ainul Yakin wants a fair investigation on the assault of D, son of a GP Ansor administrator, by Mario Dandy Satriyo. Ainul suspects that there is still another perpetrator in addition to Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas, who have been named as suspects.
"There was another person at the crime scene, right? With the initials AGH," Ainul said at Mayapada Hospital on Sunday, February 26.
AGH is Mario's current girlfriend. She was present at the crime scene when the assault took place. AGH is currently a witness in this case.
South Jakarta Resort Police chief Sr. Comr. Ade Ary said the assault case began when AGH told Mario Dandy that she received unpleasant treatment from D, who is her ex-boyfriend. Mario then told Shane Lukas it, with Shane responding that he would beat up D if he was Mario.
Mario and Shane then picked up AGH and they all went to see D. According to Ade Ary, AGH did not know that Mario planned to assault D. According to other witnesses' accounts, AGH helped the victim after he was assaulted.
The police have video recordings from CCTV and from Mario Dandy's phone as evidence. Mario, the son of former Tax Directorate official Rafael Alun Sambodo, asked Shane to video-record him beating up D.
