Transjakarta Corridor 13 Officially Operates for 24 Hours

12 September 2022 11:36 WIB

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Starting today, Monday, September 12, the integrated city transport Transjakarta announced that its bus fleet serving its Corridor 13 route will operate for 24 hours. This route connects South Jakarta’s business district Tendean to the outer Jakarta residential area of Ciledug

According to Transjakarta’s secretary Anang Rizkani Noor, the round-the-hour operation is meant to serve the people with activities late into the night and also added that the subsidized fuel price hike motivated the company to expand operational hours.

“Hopefully, the added operations hours will help accommodate people amidst the rising fuel prices,” Anang wrote in a statement on September 11.

With this extension of operating hours, Transjakarta for regular hours will operate from 05.00 - 22.00 WIB. Then proceed with the Night Transportation service (Amari) starting at 22.00-05.00 WIB.
