Here's the catch, there are healthy snacks for people who still want to consume one. Choosing snacks that can maintain the glucose level is the key.
As quoted from Mind Body Green website, clinical psychologist and sleep expert at Sleep Cycle, Li Slund said the meal before someone goes to sleep and going to bed in a hungry state can affect the sleep quality, and therefore it's important to find the balance of food consumption and time before sleep.
The following are recommendations of Foods and Beverages for consumption prior to sleeping.
1. Magnesium

2. Fiber
