TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan is currently still in self-isolation at his official residence in Menteng, Central Jakarta, since December 1 after the governor announced that he had contracted Covid-19.
The Jakarta Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria said today that Anies is scheduled to undergo another test to confirm his current health status.
“Pak Anies Baswedan will undergo a test today. Hopefully, he will be declared negative and return [to work],” said the Deputy Governor on Monday, December 28, at Jakarta’s City Hall.
Riza explained that the governor had actively led a number of meetings and attended virtual events during his self-isolation. “We have gotten used to virtual meetings during the pandemic,” he said.
