TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform will soon make an announcement on the acceptance of the Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) for 2018.
In relation to the CPNS 2018's recruitment, the State Personnel Board (BKN) released three main problems faced by the CPNS applicants last year. The CPNS applicant is expected to find out the problems earlier so the registration process can run smoothly. The three issues are:
1. Identity (NIK) or Family Card (KK) numbers cannot be found
To anticipate this problem, the applicants must ensure that the NIK and KK to be used at online registration through the https://sscn.bkn.go.id portal are registered and updated in the center of Population and Civil Registry database.
2. Incorrect data entry
Head of BKN Public Relations Bureau Mohammad Ridwan explained that based on the recapitulation of complaints received by BKN Helpdesk Team, most applicants did not carefully examine the features contained in the National CPNS Selection System (SSCN) and the procedure of filling out the form, so they fill the data which does not match with what is required.
“In addition, most applicants rush to register before making sure the correctness of the data, whereas the data input errors cannot be fixed,” said Mohammad Ridwan in his official statement on Tuesday, July 10.
3. Incorrectly input registration documents
This is also the common problem experienced by CPNS applicants. They tend not to observe the requirements/qualifications and documents requested and that's when they start to incorrectly fill out the registration documents.
“To anticipate such matter, applicants must understand well the qualifications, terms, and channels or registration mechanism,” he said.
