TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Deputy Governor Sandiaga Uno clarified about the ownership of shares in the Cipali Toll Consortium after his name was mentioned in the viral upload of Jokowi Toll Road.

About the shares in Cipali Toll Road, Sandiaga Uno said that the consortium he founded was indeed involved in the construction. But right now, he is not involved anymore.

“The operation and construction are done by a consortium when I was a businessman, I happen to be the one who founded it,” said Sandiaga at his residence, Jalan Denpasar Raya, South Jakarta, Tuesday, June 12.

The clarification was delivered by Sandiaga after the viral of mutual claims of toll roads in social media, after the banner reads Happy Eid Day 1439H, along with the phrase “Supporters of #2019GantiPresiden, you are passing Pak Jokowi Toll Road”.

The banner was then responded variously by netizens. Gerindra Party Deputy Chairman Fadli Zon did not miss to comment.

Through his personal twitter account, Fadli retweeted other people's upload about the "Jokowi Toll Road" banner, he replied to people's comments and linked the news containing his response.

The unique response came from a twitter account @TopeRondusa. He said:

“Cipali Toll Road was built since the era of SBY and the shares owned by Sandiaga Uno, Jokowi supporters who already made viral the Jokowi toll banner, Dilan finally leave for the homecoming through the culverts”.
